There's 4 games before the semi as well K so it could get worse before it gets better. Luckily for him 3 of them are away but I'm with you mate, get rid now because all we are currently doing is delaying the inevitable.

And two of thise games are at OT and The Pit :(

IMO it is now verging on negligence if the board sticks with Bobby in the run up to Wembley.

There is sommat radically wrong behind the scenes if you ask me......that disgraceful show yesterday did not just come out the blue.

Not at Goodison? Great.
Can't believe I just wrote that...

I think this is our worst season with regards to home form since the 1993/1994 season when we nearly went down.We lost 9 games at Goodison that season. After yesterday it's 8 defeats on our own patch.Considering the players we have now compared to that squad in 93/94 that is a very embarrassing and pathetic statistic.Roberto Martinez seems a bit like a fancier version of Mike Walker.
Miguel Caminante, if you wish.

If Rom put in a transfer request citing our home form as reason for leaving could you blame him? That's why Martinez has to go.

So there's more than a few people want him gone and they're real. Is that a point of debate? And capital letters doesn't actually make a word more relevant.
The issue is that you and your friends wanting something to happen doesn't mean it will. Doesn't even mean it should.
It's an opinion and loads of people have expressed why they think we'd be better off without him really well.
But using phrases like 'damming verdict' is similar to many other opinions that seem convinced if they talk in absolutes then it's going to give their views more credibility. It won't.
Everyone I know has huge doubts about him but they are reluctant to change at the moment. The main talking point at the moment though is can win a trophy.
I'm the only one who comes on any forums and but I'm not considering it a block vote. Especially as it isn't an election just a very rough sample of opinion.
Win the cup or not, it is the league that is a true barometer for the season.

Nobody at all is questioning the cup runs, we're questioning how on Earth we have the second worst home record in the whole of Europe and we're in the bottom half for a second successive season.

Talk of sacking him while we remain in the cup is very silly IMO, I want the fella gone, but he "deserves" to see out his cup run and if im totally honest and if I was given the choice I would still keep him till the end of the season, regardless, well I say regardless, in 3 games if we have had 3 defeats, I may change my stance.

So ive basically gone from assess at the end of the season to sack at the end of the season.

Similarly I can change my view if he shows something new before the end of the season. His team selections are a little too predictable. He has more options at his disposal than he is showing. Dropping Stones because of a media backlash hardly shows someone who is certain of his footballing philosophies.

It is not untrue to say we have been unlucky at times this season, but it has been generally and undeniably very depressing regardless.
