Okay I'm changing my vote to out. I've had a think about it and realised that if it's hundred per cent out then it will be funny point of reference when he's still here next year. If there's a humbling experience to be had then I want in.

'Martinez praises Lukaku goal against Chelsea. "It was a special effort and shows what he is capable of. I'm so pleased for the players and the fans and so happy we are in the semi final. It'll be tough but we have a team that can do this".'
What is this clown on about. Sounds like It's everyone's fault but his we got through to the semi final.
He is beyond deluded if he thinks that a goal from Lukaku makes up for the fact that Chelsea are in London.
Tough? Why should it be tough with this squad. What a worthless human being. We can do this? What makes him think we can do this? We haven't done anything. It's unacceptable. It's pure drivel and anyone who says otherwise isn't going to heaven.

So things he's now blamed

International break
Mirallas
Home crowd
Lukaku penalty miss
Referees
The weather
Young players

Things not blamed

Himself
McCarthy
Cleverley
Kone

I'm not sure lads but I think he might have got the wrong end of the stick

The hell? Yes he hasn't blamed himself much if at all but why the hell them 3 players specifically? Oh wait they are the ones you despise with a passion aren't they?

Don't despise them at all, they've just been unilaterally chob this season and yet have played, until very recently with Kone, utterly immune from being dropped.

You're also forgetting the loss of confidence from the first two games of last season and the fatigue from the World Cup which has now turned into players thinking about the Euros. How is any manager supposed to do his job in these conditions?!

Actually, going to say it.

Due to academic commitments, I've been unable to attend Goodison Park as much as I'd like.

On the rare occasion I make the 240 mile trip to the Stadium, I'm shocked at how bad the home support is. Used to be that we'd get on top of the opposition, now we're too busy screaming at our own and posting dank memes on Twitter about how jarg it is to be a Everton supporter.

The support at Goodison Park is crap.

Neg me, but you know it's true.

Going to alienate himself from the player's even more...

For about the first time, RM has come out and lambasted the players for their inept performance vs. Arsenal, saying under-performing players not showing the correct desire etc will not make the semi-final team. I wonder if for the first time, RM himself has been has been hauled in by the powers that be at Everton and warned in no uncertain terms that his neck is on the line if things don't improve.

That's not their fault, and they'd be the first to admit at times they haven't performed well but make the effort to do better. None of them warrent the stick they get, well maybe Kone for not scoring more when he's played, but players like Mirallas and Pienaar who either can't stay fit or show more professionalism get universally loved

What do you think is the reason for unhappy fans? What came first in your view? The fans suddenly for no reason became hugely negative and the results nosedived? Or a set of fans high from that first season have been worn down by two of the worst seasons in recent history and have now become fed up?
