Yes it means the FA have to fund the new national stadium so all semis are there. I'll celebrate when we win the cup.

I'm sorry if that's a cynical take on it, but just a few years ago this'd be at Villa Park. Wembley should be for the final. Again, some may disagree.

I don't. @davek peddles a wembley semi-final around as though it's a far bigger deal than what it is...He wouldn't if it was at a club venue.

League cup run this season mate - we played one side even half decent and they beat us comfortably

Well they beat us over two legs by one goal that shouldn't have stood. Don't think they saw it as comfortable

We're also a complete soft touch under him, that or we aren't fit enough to keep up with our opposition over your average 90 minutes. Stats are telling as is our complete lack of consistency.

Was a good game, but group games and knockout games are two entirely different things IMO, a knockout game i feel almost sure they'd have done us over in, early group games spring some suprising results - basically most don't know about the opposition - example being the way Wolfsburg played wide open vs us

yeah mate it was - soon as they got up in the tie - the game was over and we never threathened for a second to get back in it, thats the definition of comfortable for them

That's based on Cards received as appose fouls but logic would state we were high on that list also.

It stands to reason that if you introduce lots of peaks and troughs the troughs will outweigh the peaks in terms of frequency and duration.

It also clearly shows manager not sacked (shows at t+1 t+2 and t+3) that the performance improvement increases FASTER than manager sacked.

So not sure what your point is.

They were probably in charge of the game for quarter of an hour then. Over two legs. Thanks to a mistake from the officials. We've got different idea of comfortable

Don't get me wrong I'm sure it'll be a good day out but it should be kept for the final in my opinion.

In all honesty i prefer the old Villa Park, Elland Road semi finals, it had far more of a cup final game. Atmosphere is electric, at Wembley its a show day...nowhere near the same. And i think the majority of footy fans would agree
