Have you not noticed Martinez is doing a complete rebuild, changing everything from our style to the quality of player were watching and moving on a lot of the ageing players in the process whilst providing us with some if the best youngsters in the world to watch.

I don't think you have to be honest.

Total crap your buying into the Brendan Rodgers "werr in der transituun lad" this is his 3rd season and has 9/10 of the same players on the pitch today that were here in his 1st season.

If your going to admire the manager then please argue the case using a different line than this is a team in transition/rebuild.

I think they are annoyed Everton didn't win. By the time we play Swansea it will be two months since we beat a bloody awful Aston Villa.

Home wins against Sunderland, Villa, awful Chelsea by January. That is why the locals are restless.

Its going to take a damn site more than a good 30 mins against Spurs for people to be satisfied.

Sunderland, Villa and Chelsea ffs. Just repeat that to yourself.

Spot on mate. Martinez has us aiming so high we are celebrating home draws now.

Kone doesn't play truly on the left though, so your argument is moot from the beginning. Theirs a reason why Baines has acres of empty grass in front of him and little cover.

Neither does anybody we put on the left, including Ross. Thats the tactics. So putting Ross there is the same thing and he was also poor defensively.

You didn't specify putting Ross there instead of Kone and trying to make him a winger. Which I also think is a terrible decision.

Tough trying to be a manager eh? Everybody on every little decision you make... ;)

I am watching yeah.
Like i said we are in the bottom half and won 1 game in 8 its going well

I take it we got battered today and I should throw my ticket for Wednesday in the bin? Shall I throw it in the recycling bin or the normal bin?

I thought we did okay today, Spurs are up there with any team in the league for me right now.

The defence looked a lot more organised, and we actually coped with the start Spurs made relatively well. They were kept to long range efforts, admittedly there were a few close calls.

I was made up he started Lennon today, in everyone's Football Manager mind he's not the player we really want to see but you've got to be pragmatic and do what's best for the team. Right now we're crying out for an improved defence and Lennon helped with that.

Build upon this momentum now and get the season going.

So, to concede 20 in half your home games is 'ok'?

9 away from home. Better than any manager in the history of our great club. Did we lose today and get battered. I dread to look at the result as I had 1-1 with the bookies and draw draw. Must have wasted my money. Think I will throw my slip in the bin along with my ticket for Wednesday.

You're setting the bar very high pacman, you expected him to rebuild his full team in his first pre season??

He'll have his new cat, a left winger and the much fabled number 10 in there soon it may take some time to wheel and deal to make sue he gets the right players for and then when they land, it may take them some time to get up to pace in to the British game.

It's not football manager you know pal, this is the real world. Players need to learn on the job, new tactics, roles and what's wanted from them. Young players need to get used to the responsibility of being key cogs in real football teams, not reserve or lower league football.

A bit of patience is called for man although if you can't see the positives then I understand you're frustration.

Spurs are a good side but we gave them too much respect in the first half, we were far too deep. That said Howard had very little to do bar come for a ball from deep between his two centre halves and claim a ball 3 yards out that holds choose to punch, badly.
