Disagree mate, we were right in that Semi until distin's mistake and we had a direct winger acting a complete tool the day before the game, left us with McFadden on the left if I remember.

Apologies for using foul language saying the word 'left winger' I know bobby doesn't like the idea......
Second half we done our usual and that was try and defend what we had, if I am correct they could of scored within the first five mins of the restart

That's the way I seen it. Thought we were very comfortable in the 1st half and then tried to defend a 1-0 lead in the 2nd half. It cost us big style.

It's how Moyes went about it though, it used to piss me off some off his quotes like 'knife to a gunfight' 'Happy to get out of Old Trafford alive'
also saying something along the lines of 'The difference with being Man U manager and Everton manager playing Chelsea, being Man U manager I can go out and try and win the game' it all made him come across as small time.

I agree mate, the point in question was that his record was poor - which it was, but he isn't the only one, to be honest its not like Martinez has a great record either, he broke the voodoo at Old Trafford but I cant remember any other wins at Arsenal, Chelsea or Liverpool, also bearing in mind moyes beat city on a few occasions, so the sky four and the big four are varied to a small degree.

I can always remember the two teams coming out for the second half, their end was right up for it and the Everton end showed great support but for me you could feel the ...I know what's going to happen here...

That was our big chance that day

Think that's why it rankles with everyone because we were so comfortable then change tact because of fear IMO

The first....indeed only.....time he took United to The Pit he was asked in an interview a day or so before the game about the fact he had never won at Anfield in ten or eleven attempts.

He replied "but this is the first time I have gone there with a team capable of winning".

That was the only day I ever cheered a Liverpool victory.

No I am not happy about going backwards and no one is. But quite a few of us believe it is a necessity or to word it better 'a taken' so we are then primed to take 2 steps forward. Our football is much better but we still have not acquired the balance as of yet. The football pre RM to the Football we play now is chalk and cheese. Just for the time being I am satisfied that our football is becoming progressive slowly and will gladly sacrifice a couple of positions short term to see this team develop and grasp the new concept of football that is modern and could possibly have us challenging at sometime. In 2.5 years time if we are still in the same position then I will gladly say time is up and move on.
This is his 3rd season and we are sliding down the league with 1 win in 8 games with this squad.
We play some nice football in parts of a match and we play some dross.
He still cannot see why we are conceding and for some reason still picks flappy.
He will never be a top manager, maybe a good attacking coach in La Liga but as a premier league manager he is out of his depth

That's fine though because at some indeterminable point in the future it will all come good. If you don't believe it and think our best players will leave this summer, then you're not patient.
Thats correct we will struggle on with patience then come the summer are jewels will be gone, then we will start the cycle again.
5 years down the line we will be in the same position with flappy in goal and kone on the wing in the championship
