This. Let's get to next week and see where we are. A derby win will heal our hearts and give the squad belief like nothing else. Don't concede the victory to those b******s until they earn it.
 
We need to stem the tide, draw our horns in a bit and focus on keeping a couple of cleans sheet. Another couple of wallopings and our confidence will be absolutely shot.
 
Given that loss on Sunday, I think this one just hurts more now otherwise I wouldn't care if our 2nd team lost yesterday after an easy win against cp which it should have been, just seeing another 3 shipped in again makes me worried for what the future holds for Martinez, has to grow some balls and just drop players under performing.

My point exactly, managers arent getting scalped for embarrasing trophy exits but they do for not winning away at the old top 4. Big club mentality that.

Are you for real; you're getting 2 points and turning them into them same. My frustration on us not winning anything (which os now close yo a quarter of a generation) has nothing to do with a manager not identifying a problem on the pitch.

we're conceding an alarming rate of goals because there is a major hole in the centre of the field which our opponents are utilising and punishing us. its not an opinion, its a fact because its happening right in front of my eyes

I want Our manager to address this, batten down the hatches and make sure pur ddefensive unit is solid. Its his job, you do realise this don't you. Its starts against the RS
 
The 'Old Guard' need shifting, think he needs to be tough with that.
Not bothered if they've been here for years, part of the furniture etc. The likes of Hibbert, Osman and Distin are no longer good enough for Everton Football Club. However, i have total faith in Martinez and we will turn it around. As mentioned above, Stones needs to become first choice centre half.
 
Been Bobby's biggest fan ever since he walked through the door and still 100% behind him but I do feel he lacks that nastyness for want of a better word, it's hard to imagine him giving the players the hair dryer treatment in the changing room which at times is needed. He also appears to not want to hurt the feelings of too many of the players by not dropping them and in some cases even giving them new contracts. I wonder how many clangers Tim Howard has to make to be dropped or how bad Leon has to get to be never let near the 1st team again
 

i think and hope martinez can learn and change, the other one could never do that...there is still hope(not hallam) with martinez and thats what keeps me going atm
 
Calm down. We'll be alright we always are.

His selection yesterday I agreed with. It was the players that let us down. His substitutions weren't the best.
