We'd be in the relegation zone without him this season, pretty much
He's been huge for us this season, I just don't feel sorry for footballers who earn a ton of money though.

I think that if we don't make that final, more of the fan base will turn on him
That being said, it wouldn't change anything
Again, we will NEVER sack him while this current board is in place
It won't happen. You can all vault me if you like, but I'm supremely confident that he's not getting sacked no matter what happens
The board will change within weeks. There'll be no knee jerk sacking, but I doubt a new set of owners will be as forgiving of failure.I think that if we don't make that final, more of the fan base will turn on him

Winning the League Cup will hardly be a sad day in our history mate
The current board isn't what he has to worry about though. Any change of ownership and all bets on who'll be manager next season are off.

True that mate, I was shocked at the number of people in the parkend at the end saying they wanted him gone, few in front of me getting a bit heated about it.Agree about the board not sacking him. Nothing will change until they're gone.
Settling for mid table mediocrity will.
You can talk about the perceived improvement all you want, but we're currently on track to finish in a worse league position than last year, and last year was awful.
We arent get bought out though
He is working for a board that will never question him
