Taking Lennon off was a shocker. I would like to hear what he thought was going to happen.

ThatMoshri is a businessman and will not stand for a manager who is out of his depth.
I mean 4 home wins in nearly 9 months how has he got a job here
Well said. Although I would say more like 80% want him gone and a big portion of those are getting pretty angry about it now.As soon as you start staying stuff like that, you know he has to go.
7 home losses and it's only just turned March. They are perfectly entitled to be disgruntled. It's unacceptable.
If the the fans base are turning on themselves (I think over 50% are against him), then he has to go. You need a manager the fans can unite behind not one that divides them. It's no longer a disgruntled few.
If the club get an adequate replacement people will move on
He did sign Niasse didn't he?he did replace Lennon with Niasse didn't he?
The thing is, for the Lennon point - it wasn't with hindsight was it? Most people in the match thread were saying it's a wrong sub at the time it was happening. And for Niasse - hardly dreadful, just wrong game, wrong time, but he did need the fitness. If anything, Barry on for Lennon and Niasse for Lukaku would've probably been better - toughening up the midfield, as well as a like for like sub and someone to chase down clearances and be a nuisance, basically a fresh pair of legs, up front. Niasse gets a run out, we defend better. The players let him down seemingly every time we lose. It's very obvious, he is in charge of the players. I think the only good point you make in your questions is the Lukaku missing the penalty one. Out of his hands.
The others, however;
Mirrallas being sent off: he is starting with a guy who has let us down in the past, has a major attitude problem and in my opinion, shouldn't have been put into that team since the penalty/sending off rubbish earlier in the season.
Lennon being exhausted: players get tired, it's up to Martinez to deal with that properly. In hindsight, Niasse wasn't the best choice.
More not winning headers: comes from defensive management surely? Plus, he did sign him.
Niasse being dreadful: again, he did sign him.. And brought him on at the wrong time, in the wrong match.
If the margins are so small mate how come this "90% there" genius can't make those "few tweaks" and stop throwing games away?
But that's the thing Zat, it's not the first time. Defending lets us down every game. If it was happening once or twice every, let's say, 10 games - sure, luck would have it it's not a certain player's day, or a forward put on a good display.Seems like 99% of the negative posts blaming the manager for the loss are based around ONE substitution.
Lennon was shot to bits. He's put on a supposed "workhorse and unselfish"forward.
Niasse let him down as did several others.
You realise the crosses should have been stopped at source and the centre backs should have cleared the danger.....
Lukaku missed a penalty.
It was a tactical masterclass before we let in 2 of the goals due to defending which were individuals letting down the team.

I am sure bill said martinez said that but bill does tell the odd porky mate@daz4matty From what I can remember, he never said he'd get us into the Champions League, Kenwright said that at the opening press conference and Martinez looked awkward about it.
How does Martinez tell the team to see out a 2-0 win?Not for me really, i expected 8th this season and we will probably finish there.
Tactics were good i felt. Niasse though made us look like we had 9 men.
As @The Mighty Quint wrote about Jags and Mori i agree with him for the goals.
How does Martinez tell Mirallas to get sent off?
How does Martinez tell Lennon to be exhausted?
How does Martinez tell Mori not to win headers?
How does Martinez tell Niasse to be dreadful?
How does Martinez tell Lukaku to miss the pen?
So many ways the players let him down today. His tactics would have put us 3-0 up with 10 men yet some here are saying hes tactically naive?
Its madness.

Everton Football Club will not progress with Martinez at the helm.
