Roberto Martinez discussion

Where do people expect him to rock up next, should he find himself out of work in the near future?

There are a few big names in Spain and Germany that have been refusing to accept the inevitability of relegation for a while now. I could see him taking down Stuttgart, and then maybe someone like Real Betis, before settling into his ideal role as Europe's top Herbal Life salesman.

Big name Italian side who can't tell if they're underachieving or not. Somewhere like Milan would be perfect. Three seasons of promising the world and delivering Jack all.

He would be boss at Fulham.

The Barcodes would love him.

It would be like Kegser Keegan all over again.

I just wish he'd focus on the basics for a bit. What's the point in them wearing those weirdays sports bras in training that record your median speed when running backwards or building suitable night time accommodation at finch farm if no one's training them to head the ball away at corners?

Is that serious, that comment about those sports bras?

:hayee:

Asking for a mate.

He's capable of outplaying pretty much every team in the league and is a young manager. You could say he can learn new skills. You could say he never will.

Only time will tell.

Yeah capable of outplaying anyone for 75 minutes, after that the reverse happens!

I honestly believe he's starting to lose the dressing room. Ever wonder why Baines has been dropped? Why Barry for no clear reason was fit to play despite being apparently ill? Why Deulofeu is featuring much less often despite there being many places he can fit in and Stones suddenly playing like utter dross despite him being excellent earlier this season? I'm not entirely convinced it's all a coincidence. We all saw what's happened to Chelsea - they played like utter gash under Mourinho and suddenly with a new manager they just magically found form. The lot of them are world-class footballers who won the Premier League under the same manager.

If it's true, then Roberto's gone. Simple as that.
