Baines was injured, still is injured and Oviedo is the form player of the two. Del cannot get in with Lennon scoring six in eight ir something.I honestly believe he's starting to lose the dressing room. Ever wonder why Baines has been dropped? Why Barry for no clear reason was fit to play despite being apparently ill? Why Deulofeu is featuring much less often despite there being many places he can fit in and Stones suddenly playing like utter dross despite him being excellent earlier this season? I'm not entirely convinced it's all a coincidence. We all saw what's happened to Chelsea - they played like utter gash under Mourinho and suddenly with a new manager they just magically found form. The lot of them are world-class footballers who won the Premier League under the same manager.
If it's true, then Roberto's gone. Simple as that.
How are we underperforming in any other area than home PL form? Great away record; SF of the LC, looking at a good chance of a Wembley appearance in another cup SF; scoring record number of goals?
Honest to God mate, if you'd seen some of the seasons I've seen from Everton you'd never use the word underperforming in relation to this season.

Barry wasn't at full fitness but fit enough to make the bench. Perhaps you'd be kept from embarrassing yourself from making daft and unjustified conclusions if you paid attention to the facts,
That's Osman..NBC are reporting that the dressing room is unhappy with the manager
Where exactly are they doing that mate. I see nothing over the last few days on newsnow, if there was anything of substance said other media would have picked up on it.NBC are reporting that the dressing room is unhappy with the manager
But Osmans still a grass like..Where exactly are they doing that mate. I see nothing over the last few days on newsnow, if there was anything of substance said other media would have picked up on it.
At this stage it's foundationless speculation.

Howard probably fuked off he's been dropped. Does some commentary with them so wouldn't be surprised if he made comments in private which they took to be the feelings of the dressing room. But Osmans still a grass like..
Even without proper foundation..
Joey usually knows his stuff TBF.Howard probably fuked off he's been dropped. Does some commentary with them so wouldn't be surprised if he made comments in private which they took to be the feelings of the dressing room.
If they felt it was a solid story they'd have written an article on it IMO, and there's diddly squat in print on it from any source.
Martinez proved that he can produce results in his first season, improving every aspect of the team. Everton won more games, scored more goals, conceded fewer goals and gained more points than the previous season.
Premier League
2012/13 6 Everton 38 16 15 7 55 40 +15 63 Moyes
2013/14 5 Everton 38 21 09 8 61 39 +22 72 Martinez
Incidentally, Everton's total of 15 draws in 2012/13 was matched only by Stoke.
And don't say that Martinez relied upon Moyes' defence. He introduced a new and original style of playing. He brought in Barry and McCarthy as defensive half backs. He then attacked from the back through Baines and - in particular - Coleman, with Barry and McCarthy providing cover for the fullbacks. And of course we had Lukaku to score the goals.
Opponents nullified the system last season by pressing the defence. This season, Martinez brought a new approach. With Deulofeu, Lennon and Mirallas as wingers, we no longer rely on the full backs to take the ball forward. We now play the ball out through the centre of midfield, and with great success too. We've scored 51 goals so far, just one less than Leicester and Manchester City. And despite our leaky defence, our goal difference of 12 has only been exceeded by the top four.
So there are plus points for Martinez. But, as we all know, the great disappointment is our defending - the ease with which we concede goals and our failure to win matches. The members of the team appear good enough individually, but collectively there is a problem. Martinez has to show that he can bring a consistent improvement to the team when we are not in possession. His first opportunity is on Saturday.
