All I was saying was that the club is likely to have it's biggest ever budget this summer - especially given the seemingly inevitable exits of Stones and Lukaku. We need it to be spent with a clear plan of the future in mind. If there's any question marks over Martinez then they ought to can him and let the new man build the team with the cash.
