If this is what it's like after a draw which we were severely unlucky to not to have won, I fear you may be right.
Things to be quietly confident about definitely. I'm content.Agree - but decent foundations in place

Agree that 8 or 9 points is about roughly average for a team after 6 games - it is what the the 10th and 11th placed teams are on after all.
However because of the quality of our opponents, the significant injury list, our defence looking relatively solid and the fact we seem to be creating a decent number of chances I'd put the performances themselves as above average.
Suppose it depends on whether you take into account anything else other than the points on the board - at this stage of the campaign think both points and performances are important in indicating how the season will pan out.
Longevity has nothing to do with winning 42%. In fact, longevity would tend to make a winning % go down with crap seasons and such.
9 times out of 10 we stuff them 3/4 to zip and walk away laughing. It's pretty abnormal not to win a game like that.9 draws gets you nine points, are you mad
How so? If you're in the job long enough you know exactly what to do to get a result. Vast experience, settled system etc.
But what's Wenger's win %?.....57%.By that logic Arsenal should be winning the league every season
