I have seen Kone & mcmanaman have precisely 1 good game each, and I suspect it's the same game you lot are basing your passionate pleas for him.
 
You should have stayed at Wigan your not good enough to be an Everton manager, but cheap enough for Billy Liar. God help us next year.:(
 

i dont see why people are so worried about Martinez.

Who realistically is any better

Periera has inherited a very good team and is not tested.
 
Top and bottom is that Martinez is an alright option for our next manager. Nothing exciting. He will have to raise his game at EFC though or he'll get found out. That said the same goes for Moyes at Man Utd.

Really wish the board would put us out of our misery and announce the new manager.

Agree with the unexciting nature of this (probable) appointment. But then, since Catterick went, the only two new managers I've been excited about, at the time they were appointed, were Mike Walker and Walter Smith, so it just goes to show that premature excitement doesn't always lead to satisfaction.
 

I have a rather strong feeling that Mr McManaman might be on the end of a few strong (hard) feelings when he next faces Newcastle.
