Those people who want Pope in goal should like this guy as they're very similar. Tall, decent shot stoppers who are ok in the air, but very uncomfortable with the ball at their feet and can't pass very well. He's not the long term answer, but then I'm not sure Pickford is either.

I remember him leathering one down the pitch that nearly put DCL through and Darlow came off his line to clear. That’s about it. The rest was his standard floated clips out to the full back’s head on the touch line that get us absolutely nowhere and often lead to us being pressed and losing possession but he thinks looks impressive.
