He's proven to be a reliable c. 20 goals a season striker - even in a struggling team.

He'd need a lot more than 5 months poor form to leave us with a "liability"

Why would Rom and more importantly his agent, agree to such a deal?

Surely they want the price to be as low as possible so as not to scare potential bidders off.
