Sorry wrong thought, I was thinking if Romelu is so desperate to play UCL footy, then why don't we sell him to celtic for £10m plus dembele ? Just for the LOLZ of course ! Say to Romelu, here you go mate, UCL football as you asked.

I mean surely the wages aren't a factor if UCL football is all he truly wants, right ?!
 
With Costa going who do Chelsea get.
My money is on Morata.
Ronaldo seems to be playing through the middle now so Benzema will be dropped to the bench.
Real will look to sign DeGea and a Galactio this year esp if they win the CL
Morata being third choice will be sold to raise funds and Conte rates him highly.
I wouldn't be surprised for all their dismissals if Hazard goes to Real.
He knows the chances of him winning CL with Chelsea are a lot slimmer than with Madrid.
Very few players turn down Madrid or Barca.
If as the papers ( I know it's the papers ) say and Hriezman goes to United they won't spend another 80/100 million on Lukaku
They are also interested in Beloti as are Chelsea.
As good as Lukaku is for us and as good as he thinks he is he is not good enough for a team that expects to be on CL semis or thereabouts
How would he have fared out against Juve last night ?
Lukaku suits us and we play to his strengths.
I can't see the 4/5 teams that can afford him paying the money.
Can you imagine the stick he would get as a world record transfer fee player for his touch and ball control.
While we could become a better team without him and spending the money wisely , it would be very hard to replace his 20/25 goals next season.
I am convinced Rom will be here next season

Vardy? The most odious footballer out there? Heir to the John Terry/Slippy throne of most easily hated footballer in English football?

How you wouldn't be aware of that general opinion of him I don't know.

I'd prefer that when we seemingly have a huge pot to pick from we can manage to do better than that weasel

Don't love him but as long as he scores goals I don't give a rats arse how disliked he is as long as it contributes to the success of this club. It's not about the friendliness of players mate it's about whether they will contribute to the team. Move along.

Again. Thousands of footballers to choose from. I'd prefer we don't sign scum when we have a lot of other options.
