I wonder how much atletico would pay for Costa? They don't have the finances of real or Barca so I'm guessing no more than 50m. Would Chelsea be willing to fork out a 100m on lukaku if they only got 50m for Costa?

You get the impression under Moshiri he wouldn't sell unless 100m is met. Similar to stones, set the fee of 50m and city had to match it. Be interesting who blinks first Moshiri or Abramovich in the stand off?
