No way is 50 million enough, he's 22 got all the strengths to be one of the best strikers in the world, also we need him hes got 3 years contract still to run and we don't need the money. For example Would Levy at Spurs let Kane go for 50 million no way he would want a lot more than that, they are both irreplaceable for both teams, we were done with Rooney he should have been 40 million at the time, financially we are in a strong position hold out and we would get very near 65.
 
Madness, I bet half of you moaned about us over-paying for him at £28 million, now think £60 million PLUS is fair.

We well over-rate our players, bit time.
 
Added to my last comment the contract length is the key 3 years is quite long, if he only had 18 months to run we might have to except less. So really we the club could put 80 million price on Him and if it wasn't matched he stays, like I've said many times before we are in a very strong position with this situation.
 
Also stating a high price is basically saying he's not for sale, and I would be very disjointed with the club if they didn't play it that way, but if a club pays the fee the loss of him doesn't seem so bad.

We should be aiming to sell him for more than his market worth. That's because we don't need to sell him or want to sell him. We have previous rebuffing large offers for players, he's got years on his contract, we paid a hefty sum for him in the first place. We have all the strength.

Bale was never worth 80m or whatever it was, I don't think any player should be. Bony wasn't worth 30m, Sterling wasn't worth 50m. But if the team selling have the power and negotiate well then they will get a big fee.

Clubs wanting to buy him have to make it worth our while.

Totally agree, I forgot Stering was 50 million, if he was worth 50 Lukaku is definitely worth £65.

Well we shall see, I doubt we will get the £60+ people are talking about. If we do then great.

Just cant see it at all.
