Romelu Lukaku

His stance on moving Lukaku changed completely after he had talking to by Moshiri and Sasha the Ruski.

So they called his bluff or he just realised the market dictated that the price Lukaku would fetch wasn't affordable to any of the clubs interested in him?

We're all summising here of course, the only difference seem to be that I know I am where others seem to think their version of events is fact.

No mate, his goal this summer was to move lukaku on. This was evident by his dad's comment prior to the euros.

Moshiri had a word and Raiola wasn't doing anything. They all wanted to move Romelu this window, it's not happening.

His too busy with the Pogba deal anyway ATM to sort with anything lukaku related. That should be taken into mind when anything lukaku related comes up in the next few weeks.

He's too busy working on one deal to work on any others? So the Pogba deal takes up ALL his working life at the moment? Seems a pretty poor choice of agent for everyone he represents apart from Pogba.

Or maybe you're wrong again.

No mate, no I'm not.

So you honestly believe that an agent representing some of the top players only has the time to work on one deal at a time? You think his sat negotiating the finer points of the Pogba deal from 9-5 Monday to Friday for several weeks and all his other clients lives and careers are put on hold until this deal is done?

I find it funny people seem to think it's just one fella with a stable of 100+ players. He's got loads of people working for him.

Exactly, otherwise nobody would pay him to represent them.

I think nowadays if people see something written on the Internet enough times they believe it, eg 'Too busy on the Pogba deal.'

The Pogba deal is so complex that requires most of his time. That's very simple to see from the outside. It's a chance of working with sponsors and all sort to make sure the deal is right for everyone.

Then you have us and lukaku. We DONT want to sell nor do we have to sell. We're fine selling stones and giving lukaku a new contract.

So he's got one of the worlds most complex transfers happening, do you really think he's dedicating himself to another that, 1) won't happen and 2) he doesn't benefit as much for the time he puts in.

He stands to make 20 million off the Pogba deal, it's much more work to move lukaku for a lesser pay day.

Even if he palms the deal to someone else it's not worth his time.

Chelsea are taking the mick. Remi .You must be joking. How the hell is he going to make us a better team? We will be following Newcastle if we accept him

It's close to desperation time though if Lukaku does indeed leave for the alternative to Remy is?

It's less than two weeks to the new season starts and to date it seems Everton have signed a squad keeper, a player that was ok ish in perhaps the worse PL team ever and talk of central defender who has been ok and may well be ok for a season but isn't going to improve indeed the word is that his current club can't believe the £10 million offer.

I have read that but is there not a big question who is going to pay it?

I think he'll earn a not inconsiderable amount from a deal to sell Lukaku and very much doubt he's putting all his other football business on hold for one deal, no matter how lucrative. Players would take their business elsewhere if their agent was too busy to represent them at pivotal points in their career, don't you think?

The one major flaw in that is that to get Lukaku to sign a new contract he has to agree and based on what is being reported he doesn't want to be at Everton. As for not having to sell that's a whole different arguement for its not just about the money.

Where are these sources that his club can't believe the £10m offer? Most pundits think it is good business for Everton. Pat nevin, gabbidon.
