Thing is

Today we gained 3 points on city and 2 on United above us.

No matter how unlikely it is to overtake them, we also done it by getting a win most of us didn't think would happen. Some more of them this season and cutting out the crap results and just perhaps there's at least another league place we can move up to.

I am smiling. Can we not also state that we won't play naive teams like City every week and we need to add the right players to make any chance of getting 5th or 4th again?

Tbh, I'm more secure about Everton's standing and status in the game that I need to do cartwheels over defeating City at home. It was a big win, but I've seen many times before. The only thing that makes me smile more this time is the lad Davies making his name.
