Dirty lad, guess what, if Mourinho and Guardiola hand in 5th and 6th finishes they are under the cosh and their jobs are hanging by a thread. If you think that given the new level of spending our manager can or will get away with a 7th place finish next season without feeling the wrath of dissatisfaction you are living in a dream world.

Yeah because they are managers of man utd and man city and not Everton who finished in the bottom half the past two years because of fraud Martinez.

You think its some kind of computer game, wake up kid its the real world.

I think everyone knows that I do. It was a poor post originally from me.

Nope. He's bored most to tears tonight. Also, judging by your Twitter TL you disagree entirely with him.

Did you just quote Dr Dre in reference to Dave?

Dr Dave?
davek is a higher state of mind that allows you to disagree and agree on the exact same point. Fresh air also tastes better when in a state of deep davek.

Why do U wanna find faults? It's amazin Dave support the club and stop picking at things
I do mate. I've stated the manager is on schedule this season.

But here's the issue for me: this season effectively ended earlier this month as a competitive entity. These players are very very good at performing when the pressure is off. If anyone thinks we'll be seeing a true representation of where they are at (and by extension how their manager is performing) they are sadly mistaken. We all know how much these players are bottlers when it matters. We can hold on to 7th this season but it's the first half of next season we'll see where we are and whether Koeman has changed matters.

Yeah, I call them the sensational six. It's almost impossible now to break into the top 5.

Is this the excuse being trotted out in advance of next season's underwhelming finish?

Lordy.

It's called reality. They can buy proven worldclass player and add them with the worldclass players they already have. We have to get rid of Niasse and cleverley because of your dear friend, fraud martinez. You really don't want to understand the reality. Wake up.

And by then Dave koeman will have HIS OWN TEAM so then he can rightly be judged. He's changing the mentality he's changing the football for the better.

These players are bottlers??? Haha 2 weeks ago it was the best squad we've ever had.

You really think its like playing football manager do you?? The team above us can spend 100 million on 1 player and can attract players like Pogba and Ibrahimovic and then you think its normal to finish top 4 in his third season. If we're playing CL within 3 years Koeman has done a brilliant job especially when you think of the mess your friend left behind.
You know when Utd finished behind us three seasons about? They outspent us by a ratio of about 6:1.

You have no point to make here dirty lad. Yes, money talks, but not always.

Genuine LOL at anyone who thinks that having a net spend of £30 or £50 million in the transfer market in the next two windows means we automatically should be competing for a place in the top 6.

As I've said before, the wage bill for the top 6 sides dwarf ours. Arsenal for example spend around £100 million a year more - that's not even including transfer fees.

It's going to take time, it's going to take enormous amounts of money, and it's going to take incredibly wise decisions by all involved for us to properly break into this top 6.
