No mate, my position on this lot is consistent (unlike others): they have always been very capable of playing better football than the muck served up by Koeman until very recently. But they have ALWAYS BEEN AND REMAIN bottlers. These players are bottlers??? Haha 2 weeks ago it was the best squad we've ever had.

I do mate. I've stated the manager is on schedule this season.
But here's the issue for me: this season effectively ended earlier this month as a competitive entity. These players are very very good at performing when the pressure is off. If anyone thinks we'll be seeing a true representation of where they are at (and by extension how their manager is performing) they are sadly mistaken. We all know how much these players are bottlers when it matters. We can hold on to 7th this season but it's the first half of next season we'll see where we are and whether Koeman has changed matters.
We will have trouble keeping hold of Koeman, That's my only worry
Nah, I'm doing that. Our man d is like a West Indies 1980s at pace.If you class making a class a tit of yourself as taking wickets, then yeah. lol
What kind of idiot would 'expect' Koeman to beat teams with that level of spending, other than Davek?

Better, yes. Miles better? Hmmm. We're already miles better than last season lets just let koeman do his Job and get backed my moshri and onwards we go!
Hope you dont mind me asking....Where do you live? My Dad(Looking down on me ) took me to my first game in the start of the 70's against Newcastle.... I was smitten.... I so LOVE Everton...You go with the flow.....Whats your bag? Interested to know whats your interest and how it started ?Thats all I'm saying mate.
Our increased spending of 30-40m max per season means we should be beating the likes of Utd who spend like 100m on one player.
I think Davek has proven it's all about attention and trolling people in his threads.

Genuine LOL at anyone who thinks that having a net spend of £30 or £50 million in the transfer market in the next two windows means we automatically should be competing for a place in the top 6.
As I've said before, the wage bill for the top 6 sides dwarf ours. Arsenal for example spend around £100 million a year more - that's not even including transfer fees.
It's going to take time, it's going to take enormous amounts of money, and it's going to take incredibly wise decisions by all involved for us to properly break into this top 6.
