Two defensive mids at home to Bournemouth.
Two defensive mids at home to Limmassol.
To defensive mids at home to Burnley ????

All bum sides we should be smashing at Goodison with pacey wingers.
NEA.

You could look at it this way too

No wingers at home to Bournemouth
No wingers at home to Limmassol
No wingers at home to Burnley

With wingers the 2 DM's would work
Without wingers the 2 DM's don't work

Koeman was more than happy to keep Williams, he only wanted another centre half after Mori got injured. So he would have still been playing him. He should have signed a good centre half before Mori got injured to play alongside Keane.

There is a CF he just choose not to
put him in the squad and put a long term injured full back in! 8 shots on goal is not acceptable against a poor team. I tell you what tactic he should have played, attacking incisive football played at pace with DCL & Niasse and two wingers. Kicked Schneiderlin to the bench and played Rooney along side Gueye in the middle. We should have been sticking 4 or 5 in against these, no problem!
Niasse?

3 homes within a week.
Sorry, but the crowd can't be fooled.
It's an expensive week to be turning up watching this.
Even if he played conservative in the Prem and then went balls out entertainment tonight, he would have got a pass.
This side is boring and predictable.

As much as I don't want us to become a club, that ditches the manager every time results don't go the right way, that is a really good shout.
Always feel like this is such a crazy mentality. Why would sacking Koeman show we are a knee jerk club? He's like the 10th highest paid manager in world football, we've played utterly turgid football for half of last year and all of this year, he's spent £150m this summer and "he can't figure out his best team". Why is saying "yeah, he's not the guy" a radical concept? This isn't a blip, this is Koeman.

The only positive is he isn't afraid to make changes mid game, it's no pass for him but it's certainly better than Bobby one trick Martinez who wouldn't make a change until 89 minutes

Feel sorry for the fans paying to turn up to watch these torrid displays though, certainly not value for money to end up coming home more miserable than when you left the house
