Re the one on the right: I still would.

Oh boy

Hope your bullet proof mate blaming the fans !

he's not all wrong - there's a mix of everything going wrong atm and the fans have been quick to turn - myself included.

I want Koeman to succeed. But he just isn't getting a thing right atm and I can't see any sign of that changing as he's just trying the same old stuff and the team don't seem to be responding.

I'm a City fan Harris and I still miss him, got rid far too early in my opion. David Silva rates him as one of the best he has played with because he covered so well for him. Out of interest, how did you rate him before he signed for Everton, seems like he's only rated when he's wearing your colours.

True mate always thought of him as a bit of a yard dog, unfairly held my opinion of him from the World cup game when we lost to Germany and he was getting the run around from Ozil etc, that is until he came and played for Everton. Class act and top guy with it. Wish we would have kept him and binned off some of the other dross to be honest.

Koeman did well last season. He was a smart appointment imo.

However, he seems to have lost the plot lately. Maybe he'll get it back, but I think it's past the point of no return now.

Koeman got Saints consecutive best-ever finishes. That wasn't to be sniffed at and he was what we needed last term.

It's all gone a bit Mike Walker.
He had an unfashionable club doing fantastic things without winning anything.
Got headhunted and given a significant amount to spend.

Bought Limpar, Amokachi, Parkinson, Samways, Ferguson on loan etc and we looked dreadful.

A new manager turned all bar Samways into very memorable players here (and vinny did score the winner at Wembley).

History needs repeating as we could do with an FA Cup!

Hard to come back from, it's turned and it's just a matter of time in my opinion. Whether the fat headed one chooses to believe it or not, it's irrelevant, Evertons board will be actively talking to agents to check on their clients availability to become our new manager ahead of the January window.

It ain't phenenomal but, OK, that's football. Koeman lacks the humility to realise his arrogance and lack of flexibility has cost him the biggest payday he could ever have hoped to achieve. He may argue he's been let down in the transfer market but at the end of the day, it's now his team and his tactics. Everton FC deserve better, he ain't good enough and we should simply move on with the next appointment.

Don't you feel the nervousness could have come due to Martinez's style which we had become accustomed to for 2 years. That was not going to change in 1 season was it? Same way in Bobby's 1st season we saw a solid Moyes like defence.

About the intelligence factor, that is what you have DMs for. Schniderlin and Gana's stats for interceptions were very good last year. When you intercept passes, you start your own move forwards there and then. Now compare that to this season, those two are playing shambles and hence we are struggling. Every good team gets confidence knowing the defence is strong. We not only have a weak defence thanks to injuries and not investing there or not getting players across the line but ohr attack is weaker too. Some of it is due to Koeman I agree but there are other factors like Walsh and the board as well which people ignore.

Oh there is definitely blame all round. If you note my comments I am not even blaming Koeman for this bad start to the season or even talking about it much. I don't like that some fans loved him last season, were on cloud nine in the summer when we started spending money but now after just a few games are looking for him to be sacked.

I am only interested in the long term and where we are going. I didn't agree with this appointment at the start and don't believe in him one bit when it comes to achieving success.

I don't think people should be wanting to sack a manager who had a decent first season just because he has had a crap start to the season whilst bedding in lots of new players. They should want him sacked because he is in general a slightly above average manager that shows no ambition.

Such a risk with him. More than anyone else I’d say.

Yes, definitely for near enough a whole season when we've had a dreadful start.

I'd have him as a caretaker, then if he actually turns out to be good and we have a respectable season, I'd make a decision at in May.

Didn't we have 2 DM's in front for all of RM's tenure though? What's the difference there?

The defensive mids used to cover the 2 overlapping fullbacks. Who played almost like wingers.

Now we have Baines struggling to do what he used to at his more advanced age and Cuco Martina awkwardly shuffling past the half way line before giving up and passing it back to Schneiderlin.

I still have more faith in Koeman than I had in Martinez in his final season. That really was a train wreck. Koeman is approaching that territory, but isn't quite there yet.

My biggest issue is his lack of urgency. He just doesn't change things that clearly don't work and doesn't seem overly bothered when we get beat. His heart doesn't look to be in it. If the big wigs on the board get the same impression, then they need to pull the trigger asap.
