He must find an attacking threat. We have a world class striker and no clue how to utilise him still after 3 seasons

There's a balance to be struck. Like there is for all managers. We were far too far in the other direction so it's correct he's solidifying us. But we need to offer more no doubt.

It's been an ok start. But lots to work and lots of areas of concern.

Oviedo is a good LB and Cleverley is more than a match talent wise for someone like Steven Davis who Koeman relied on at Southampton. These are players that anyone should be able to adapt into a new system.

Sadly seems like that injury has put paid to Oviedo as a prem LB. Real shame as he seems like a great lad.

For a period of time last season we were a top attack in europe. I don't think that's really our squad's level, maybe Lukaku's tho

No, our attacking players are letting us down, we have shored up the defence, just need our attacking players to find form and we can kick on.

The problem we are having, and it will be ironed out, is the press. In Lukaku Barkley and Barry we probably have three of the most ill suited players to a high press.
