We sit in 6th after 11 games!!!!!!!!!most of which you would probably expect us to win. A few hard fixtures coming now. To say this after only 11 games is nothing short of ridiculous.
Every team plays every other twice. So that logic is irrelevant until the season finishes. Only 11 games? That's nearly a third of the season.
Chelsea were very good, it was the manner of our 'performance' that is the hardest to deal with. Just because Utd have been poor doesn't detract from that

I'd be more than happy to oblige. Emery iso struggling with PSG. Mourihno is struggling with United. Pellegrini in China. Tuchel with Dortmund in the league. All managers we were linked with, and who are currently under performing.
Our home form has vastly improved? Compared to what? We've played Spurs, stoke, boro, palace and West Ham. 11 points 8 goals 3 against. With the exception of Spurs, we should be winning the others. how can you come to the assumption that our home form has vastly improved after only 5 games.
Must have missed all of our home games last year then. Especially the ones where we got beat by West Ham and Stoke, and didn't beat any of the teams listed at home.

In fact, have you watched any game at all? Steve Walsh's job is literally to bring in suitable players. Those 3 have been among the best in the team this season.

I'm pretty sure Dave wants success for us with whatever manager......he will be as delighted as any of us. However he quite obviously is going to WUM us all to death whilst the jury is out on Koeman, and will enjoy his I told you so if we become a crap zombie version of a Moyes team. As you enjoyed your I told you so moment with Bobby and sniped away at him from day one.

VVD would walk into that defence, as would Bertrand.
If Koeman can't sort out the defence we have, which is obviously the case, then he has to buy to sort it.
A keeper with hands would improve us, not playing Funes Mori would improve us, Baines being fit would improve us, signing players like VVD whos career highlight has been defending from the Dog and Duck in the SPL doesnt improve us.

I honestly thought 5th (being optimistic) or 6th. A new manager comes in, especially one of Koemans reputation, gets the players fired up, more tactically astute. Improves defence. Guaye improves the Mid. One of Europes top strikers up top. He spent 25m on Bolasie (what a waste) Stoke, West Ham and Soton finished above us last year. Given the trouble at Old Toilet and Leics awful start. I thought Koeman would have us firing.
We need winners, players that know the joy of winning a trophy, players that know how to drag themselves over the line, winners, not sleeve tats and braids.

Funes Mori this season in a two man CD: played four, won three, drew one.
Williams and Mori should be left in to blend until we can get Jagielka sold and a new CB in.
Honestly don't think even he knows what he want us to play. Stated he wanted a high energy midfield, went heavily for Sissoko. Said he wanted 3 keepers repeatedly, sticks with 2. Wants a high pressing team, had Barkley and Lukaku.
