Ronald Koeman discussion

Yup. Can't disagree with any of that. He just hasn't looked a happy bunny for a while now and while we are turning in gutless performances like yesterday, I think he's going to struggle even more with transfer targets.
I can handle getting beat by a better side, I can't handle absolute surrender. There's a rotten core at this club and he's going to have a job on his hands getting rid of it.

thing is, the rotten core of mediocricty, is on the board.

This is a case in point in how Koeman needs to be a bit more diplomatic.

He said "It wouldn't be difficult to improve our defence after last season" then he goes out two days later and suffers the heaviest defeat in the last decade.

Hopefully someone is teaching him some PR skills.

Bet you were desperate for the 5th to go in so you could say that.

Embarrassing.

desperate for the 5th to go in???... was just a matter of time, no desperation needed
It was almost relief. I was cold inside and waiting for the inevitable. Then it went in and the pain went. Chelsea then felt sorry for us and tickled our bellies for a bit. That could and should have been much much worse yesterday.
They were unlucky not to get 10..we were lucky to get nil.

happy with him for the most ! was desperate to read davies along side barry and not cleverley ! same old tho ! prefer put the more experienced in rather than the more talented ! hoped he might have been different !

His interviews are badly moyes, his tactics are badly moyes, his signings are badly moyes.

I will lose it with him quite soon if he doesn't recognise the size of the job here. No excuses for yesterday.

He's better than Moyes.

We got our arse handed to us yesterday by a better team. He got his tactics wrong by trying to match Chelsea man for man, it happens.

That's not an excuse for the two mistakes from Barry and Stek that led to their openers, or the disgraceful display by the rest of the team as well.

He'll be fuming.

But I don't think he'll care if knee-jerk Tim who thinks signing players is as simple as pressing a button on a PS4 controller has fumed with him cos we're sixth after 11 games...
