Which ones Dave?
Palace, Burnley, Chelsea...and say also City, because they got 20 odd shots off against us and we lived a charmed life.

This is not security. If it is thought to be, then we are in deep trouble. It's a shambles in that back four. Take Williams out and that defence is frightening.

Absolutely correct

Kenny,Connolly, Holgate, Galloway and at a stretch, Pennington all have come in and performed at premier league standard.

I agree mate

The cynical side says we are 4 points ahead of Burnley who are destined for relegation
I know I need to be more optomistic

That the same Burnley that beat us,the RS and Palace, and drew at OT? Burnley should not go down this season.Swansea,Sunderland and Hull are the best bets for relegation.

7th, looking at the squads above us...not sure how we can expect anymore currently
7th is now the target. We've shown that we cant sustain a challenge to push into the higher places involved in Europe. The current top six will be a real headache to shift.

Yeah the top 5 are frightening...and utd and spurs squads are miles ahead of us

Reality bites

Precisely, and where are they now? Languishing at other clubs, in the U23s or benched forever.

We 'should' have:

Coleman / Williams / Mori / Baines
Kenny / Holgate / Galloway / Connolly

Or similar and after one poor game swap in the young player. The only one this season who would be a mainstay would be Williams.

Same in midfield...Barry and Gana with Davies to slot in.

Holgate and Davies should be in for swansea at least.

BTW @davek you are in danger of the majority agreeing with you lol

Well, if they agree with me then they feel that Koeman is a decent enough manager but that we in no way shape or form should be on our knees thankful we have him. He's achieved nothing as a manager and he has to prove to us that he's a manager who can do it with us.

Too much fawning gone on around Koeman. He has changed nothing fundamentally, despite all the BS claims that defensive basket case is now rehabilitated.
