The first part of your post is spot on, but I just don't understand the second part, unless it's said tongue in cheek. Do you want him to be the best at defending in the team, in the club, in the country, he could do better at defending for sure, but I would not sacrifice one ounce of what he does to make him "the best at defending, get the right combination of players around him and he'll do fine.

I guess Besic would be 'cover' or rotated depending on who we play + Ledson potentially as 4th choice for the two midfield slots.

What we need are two top wingers and a number 10 playmaker -- then we would have a very attacking line up.
