Should go the under 21's to break away from the oppressive mediocrity of Osman, Barry and Naismith

He's been badly handled by Martinez all season. I think he's played in the wrong role with the wrong players around him. Another season like this will be extremely damaging for the lad. I hope for his and our sake it all gets sorted out.
Pretty much sums it up that.Plays well with McCarthy tho.Players playing poorly around him, when he's needed experienced players to help him develop they've been missing, cannot understand why he's been the whipping boy this season, he is learning still, poor llay by some supporters tbh.
Him with a Mata or Fabregas with him would make him shine, only Lukaku and Mirallas think as fast as him, ahead of tge rest. Same thing happened to Tony Grant, only Kanchelskis played at the same speed of thought for him.
He'll definitely come good, perhaps not here, but he is definitely some footballer
It was alongside Besic who was also excellent in that game. The pair worked brilliantly together. They ran the whole show.Pretty much sums it up that.Plays well with McCarthy tho.
Thought his best game was QPR at home alongside Macca.
Hopefully he's sold so we can replace him for someone who can play football
Haha sorry mate got me Mac & Mo mixed up.It was alongside Besic who was also excellent in that game. The pair worked brilliantly together. They ran the whole show.
I know it was only QPR but it was far and away our best performance of the season.
These words will bite you on the arse, he IS everything we think he is, he showed it last season.
Arsenal away and home derby last season. Both newcastle games he was also very good.
But that first half against Arsenal he was dominating the entire midfield - Wenger had to make 3 subs at half time iirc to control him. Even neutrals were impressed

Sturridge is miles ahead of Ings, Austin and Berahino. Not his fault he's spent 5 months out injured. 4 goals in 7 starts isn't a poor record either.
