Can we have him back for abit please
I think he may well get a start against Cheltenham.
out of the squad completely for giving the ball away against chelsea?
Probably will be back at Wednesday this week.... Owl what are your thoughts of him?
Loved him, and we were awful when he was with us, we have improved since he left ( believe it or not )
He's still learning thats obvious, the championship is alot more forgiving and obviously no where near the same level so he has chance to shine and build his confidence up.
don't get me wrong every now and then he tried to do to much or gave it away cheaply, but we can't afford to be picky like Everton, he was still really composed on the ball could go past players with ease, find some great balls and tuck away the penaltys
I have a feeling he will go back out on loan, but got a feeling it won't be to us, think we are in to much of a relegation scrap and not sure if Moyes or Ross himself wants to be in that, I think when he came to us on loan many clubs will have been shocked he came out and I have a feeling this time round there will be alot more knocking on the door for him.

Ridiculous. Maybe he just felt sick before the game, but for all we know he could've just randomly walked up to Moyes and gone 'alright you big ginger beaut I've goosed yer ma' then took a swing at him. Or maybe Moyes feels that away to Newcastle we may need experience rather than raw talent. We don't know.
However I'm 99.99% sure he hasn't been dropped purely based on giving the ball away once.
Stop turning a blind eye to Ross losing balls in dangerous positions. When Osman/Neville does it the whole forum's in meltdown.
The kid has bags of talent, but he is obviously not mature enough to decide when to play an easy 5 feet pass and when to hit a Gibsonesque 50-yarder.
It will come in time, but rushing him in to make mistakes from which to learn is not something that will gain this team much else than us losing out in the race for european places. We do not have the team to carry 2-3 players, which we are already having to do in patches.
Loan him out to a decent Championship-side where he can play week in/week out, that's what will keep him developing.
Also I'm possibly the worst for being all 'START HIM FOR FFS MOYES' but I'm starting to think maybe he isn't ready. Moyes does see him every day in training and knows a lot more about his attitude than any of us. That being said, I can't envisage him being any worse than Naismith.
