He's also his boss and gets to make decision Ross doesn't, his job is on the line if he doesn't get to implement his plans. Ross is either part of it or he isn't, some of us need to remember this isn't kindergarten.

"Little Everton"image? No mate, it's called the Everton way: you dont act like a bully and open your big grid in public about your own.

Rom; his first ever interview stated that Everton is a good club to help him progress. Heart is set in his boyhood club, Chelsea

Ross; a contract has been offered and he's refused to sign. He's out the club in this position, not the other way round

As I recall Lakaku wanted out last summer it was only after discussions with RK that he decided to stay. As we all know we were rapidly in decline under RM.

Walk a mile in his shoes, for £70k a week gladly.

Don't care what others are on, for me to play for Everton I would happily take a grand a week.
