I feel sad for Ross this decision will dictate his career I feel, if he leaves I can see a career for Bourmouth eventually.

Thats the managers job and I pretty sure he feels he can get better. Or do nothing and finish 7th next season.

well lets see if he delivers, because at this rate there really isn't much there to convince me Koeman has made as much difference as a manager on 6 million a year should do, all he has done is stabilise the mess Martinez left behind, in fact if new signings of appropriate quality don't materialise pretty soon i think he could well walk away, the damage to his own rather deluded ambitions could be irreversible

So basically our entire team can be replaced then given Koeman/Everton are completley hopeless in big games.

Limiting it to just English players takes out about 99% of the decent creators in the league
