Work finished for the night and I read this thread.HE IS LEAVING.If the new signings and also Rooney don't excite him to sign a new deal , then nothing will. Scouser/home grown talent matters nothing. Let him FFFF OFF and become the new Franny Jefffers.

I'm not reading him to him staying behind. Still a lot of time in this window for a whole host of things to happen, one of which may be Barkley being sold, or another of which he signs his new deal.

Playing devil's advocate, there is a difference between Bolasie travelling with his injury at the stage it is and Barkley flying with a fresh one.

Of course I'd be staggered if he's actually injured.

Him not travelling with the team shows that he is still undecided whether he wants to play for Everton next season and Ronald doesn't see the point in taking someone who won't commit. It is another kind of ultimatum.

I was merely replying to your comment that he may not have travelled because he's actually injured.

Not too fussed either way now to be honest, if he can't see he's getting terrible advice from his own 'team' the door is over there.
