Mate, I'd happily take 30mill if that's what they're offering. It's about what the club thinks though and if they see it as Spurs taking the mick then they should say no dice. I think 30mill for Ross is more then the lads worth anyway. If you only care about Everton, why not just sell the player for 30m?
Cos I mean your way Everton loses, not only does it pay a player for 12months, but it then loses the 30m we could have got for the player 12months previously.
Its in Evertons best interests to sell the player for 30m and move on.
It would be Spurs sabotaging his career not us. We would just be refusing to sell our player for less then we value him at.We were genuinely trying to keep Stones. We were not trying to sabotage his career- big difference
You're right. Spurs would be sabotaging his career by not overpaying for a player with 1 year left on his contract. We are innocent F.C. Sexy angels that can do no wrongIt would be Spurs sabotaging his career not us. We would just be refusing to sell our player for less then we value him at.

We're a business refusing to sell an asset for less then out owners deem him to be worth. It's not what I think that matters anyway. It's the people who run the club and if they think Spurs are paying the right price we'll except. You're right. You know the answer like you seem to know everything!Hi Joey, what point are you attempting to make here?
I await your reply.
If that's the case then why isn't he alredy a Spurs player? If 30million was really on the table for Ross with only one year on his contract I can't see why they'd take so long. Im really not botherd if he goes or not, I just want to see us get the best deal we can.The club is more than happy to move on a player entering the final 12months of his contract.
Equally the club would be happy to retain the player if he was to sign a contract offered and no doubt enter into discussions regarding improved terms.
To me at this point it seem clear that Ross has made up his mind and he wants away, the club is happy for that to happen.

It it does mate. 15million isn't worth much these days in football and it would be worth a loss to send a message that we won't be pushed into selling anyone. After 25mill I'd take as I honestly don't think he's worth more than that anyway. It's as I said before, if we get the right offer then by all means sell him. But we have to squeeze everything we can.Probably cos 30m isnt on the table at the moment, I was just speculating.
15m-20m-25m it doesnt really matter, we have a player that wont commit to a contract, move him on.
