I have a feeling the two clubs won't find a price they can agree on. Levy won't be afraid to walk away and Everton won't be afraid to stick to a very high price.
There's also a difference with how the 2 clubs view players in the last year of their contracts with Everton willing to pay £30m for Keane into the last year on his contract but Spurs expect a significant reduction like they got with Wanyama at £9m last summer.
Ignoring price/contract/Levy/EFC, as a Spurs fan, honestly, where would he fit into your current side? Assuming no significant sales in midfield.
