In the unlikely event no one buys him but he doesn't sign a new contract; would Koeman just completely banish him from the squad do we think?
Good one that, I doubt Koeman would cut off his nose to spite his face and if he could do a job for us he'd use him. But he surely wouldn't be first choice and if the player or players placed ahead of him are doing their job he could end up with a backside full of splinters. All supposition at this stage of course.

All this means is it's going to drag on until deadline day because he won't pass a medical until he's fit!!

surely medicals don't work like that. If he were to have one, they'd know about that and do an examination on it and know it'll be recovered within a month (as our physio's will have done to determine that timescale he'll be out for). He'd still be able to complete everything else not affected by the injury? Surely medicals can't only be conducted when players are at 100% fitness?

World Cup round the corner and I personally think Ron picks on form, so if he stays he will get some game time. However, he's got to be off, just too much stuff going around now.

If that happens, yes I think Koeman should outcast him, for the life of me I can't see why he won't sign there's a great project here it's his home team, all I can think is there must be big problems with him and Koeman. But Koemans boss so I think Barkley needs to act more adult and sign, keep quite work very hard and I can see him being a great player here for years. I know he got dropped a couple of times and it was deserved, but he does come a cross as a sulky type, as I said before I also do think he's been influenced by Lukaku and I get the feeling Barkley to thinks he's bigger than Everton but I'm reality Barkley most of the time in recent times has been average and looks like he just expects something to happen and Koeman won't have that.

Not automatically I dont think. It depends on Ross's reaction and attitude. If he knuckles down I think he'll use him. Hes a good player hed be daft not to.

exactly...he wouldn't be the first player to knuckle down for a manager he didn't like. Most people have to do it at some point in all walks of life...being a millionaire probably affects the thought process a bit if incapable of seeing the bigger picture which Ross might be

I'm pretty sure Rooney signed for man ure when he was recovering from an injury

Some of the slating of him on here only started when people were aware of him potentially not signing.

If he signs a new deal plenty of people on here will soon change their opoinion of him.

me included.
I've been told off for years on here for slating him. I'll be keeping my opinion.

I've been wracking my brain trying to remember who it was a couple of years ago who used to tell me off for slagging Ross off lol
