I'm entitled to have a different opinion on one of our players - or do you disagree with that? It was a nothing game yesterday. We were in control and it was the most relaxing Everton game I've seen in many years. I go to plenty of games by the way - just couldn't quite manage this one. Sorry about that.

Lampard made a career out of deflected goals, don't buy a ticket you don't win the lottery. Give the kid a break, with a bit of patience and proper management (instead of this charlatan) the lad could be the best

So you think Martinez is a bad manager for Barkley? You're joking? Martinez indulges Barkley as if he was a young Pele.

No that's not correct at all. I'm not slating Barkley. I'm just saying he's not the second coming. He's good, arguably very good but that's it. I'm just not sharing in the groupthink on here. He has potential to be better but that has been his tag line for 4 years.

My Osman comments were a defence of a solid Everton player in response to ridiculous over the top slating of him.

That's exactly what I think, a telling off wouldn't go a miss now and again. I think you would argue all night lad so let's agree to disagree and put a lid on it eh
