No but was running everyday then have had a mate visit so have been boozing loads and not running. Read that might have caused it. Apparently just need to do plenty stretches. Just weird I’ve never had this beforeHave you changed your shoes or started running longer distances / moved onto a different surface ?
Tight Calves caused by a Sesh sounds like Dehydration. Get a sports drink into you to get those electrolytes topped up.
Walk on your heels and tiptoes for a bit to stretch your calves out.

I stretch for about a min or so before every run and about a min or so after, works for me
I have a mate who is into all the theory and he stretches for like 20 mins before and after, so boring running with him lol
If you followed the " before and after " recommended stretching regimes, you`d be adding another 30 mins on. every time you went out lol
he does! its ok in the summer but crap in the winter. i'm only still running with him as i'm waiting for him to run into a tree whilst looking he is looking at his watch
Any recs for road running trainers lads? Using Ultraboost atm and really like them. Have had Asics Kayanos and Brooks GTS before. Found the Kayanos a bit heavy for my liking so prob go another pair of Ultraboost. But willing to look into some alts.
