WE aren't tied to Usmanov. Moshiri is tied to Usmanov and no amount of Government sanctions can affect that.
Usmanov can not directly pay for anything Everton related. . . but he never has. Initially because he was still involved with Arsenal and latterly because he prefers to not be 'officially' involved. He just happens to have a 'friend' who he helps out financially now and then.

Not that being biased. But he is asking for 3 billion to sell Chelsea. He could go lower but will still be a insane amount. They also have the stadium situation to sort which will cost another billion in London. Now we are a lot cheaper, have a state of art stadium on the way fingers crossed. Also have state of art training ground. Feel we also have a good coaching set up now. Now not comparing us to Chelsea as that’s stupid. But we are still attractive option to billionaires who want a play thing.

Everton has nowhere near the kind of status of Chelsea and the moshiri tenure has shown prospective owners how difficult it will be for Everton to get even near that level. Taking over a championship club with no debt and good facilities would not be far worse than taking over Everton but for maybe a quarter of the price. Everton are on the brink of ffp. The stadium still needs paying for and the playing squad is bottom half prem standard at best. It's not an attractive proposition at all

Is he? He’s not even asking for the loans to be repaid, I doubt it will be that much unless you know otherwise.
