Blue Heaven Holdings Limited registered in the Isle of Man is the owner of Everton

The Isle of Man. How typically scouse.

But hasn’t usmanov got a British passport and properties in
London. So can they take these off him and stop him from entering the country?

He genuinely is a great philanthropist in the UK, quite aside form helping us out. But the links with Putin are difficult to untangle. Though I suppose any rich Russian will either have links with Putin, or be in prison in Russia.

The Echo believe the EU sanctions wont effect Usmanov / USM as he only owns 49% of USM in which 50% is required to be sanctioned.

Metallivoist have confirmed its business as usual in Europe which is positive news for us.

Everyone at Everton remains shocked and saddened by the appalling events unfolding in Ukraine.

This tragic situation must end as soon as possible, and any further loss of life must be avoided.

The players, coaching staff and everyone working at Everton is providing full support to our player Vitalii Mykolenko and his family and will continue to do so.

The Club can confirm that it has suspended with immediate effect all commercial sponsorship arrangements with the Russian companies USM, Megafon and Yota.
