Martinez isn't perfect, deserved to go after a poor season but he is a far better manager than sam

he has already achieved more in his career than fat sam ever has

Bobby was a good appointment which sadly didn’t work out.

Koeman was a meh appointment which never looked like working out from the middle of September in his first season.

Sam is just a bad appointment.

This makes no sense, we were playing dog football with dog players before he came, for that reason we needed Sam, as you say yourself he has spent a career keeping those teams in the prem, which was a fear, the best man for the job is surly someone experienced at keeping the type of side we were in the prem ?

exactly, you see he has come in and absolutely smashed it, they looked dead and buried, they beat arsenal and Liverpool at home in a week, won like 7 games in a row at home, got to the quarters in the FA cup

Courtois, Alderweireld, Kompany, Vertongen, Witsel, Dembele, De Bruyne, Hazard, Mertens and Lukaku are all top players with De Bruyne and Hazard arguably in the top 5/6 in the world.

Granted Martinez is a crap manager but weirdly his style of management is probably more suited to tournament football.

I've had a little bet in them for the world cup. They certainly have an easy group.

I don't think the squad is that great tbh. They have a very very good starting XI that incudes 2 of the very best players in the world. All the countries you mentioned have better squads and will therefore be shorter odds. I prefer to have a bit of a dabble, but one or two injuries will probably do for them I suspect.
