No I agree, the board are to blame as well definitely. It’s just that some people have been been brainwashed by the board and the media into believing that we are at the level that we should be at, and then are critical of others who don’t want to settle for it.
While I agree with most of your points I just can't see the connect with an owner who has the ambition and determination to build a new £450 million stadium on the docks and the apathy to be content with mid table mediocrity.

I am convinced he will be gone at seasons end.
hope you are right

Think it’s fair to say pundits are clueless, not Everton related but you get the point, they only live in the last 5 games

I can't understand the mentality of those on here who say he deserves another season, or he has earned his chance.

If he fulfils his contract, where do you reasonably expect us to be in 12 months time?

Best scenario is that we would be expecting 7th or 8th, essentially where we are now.

In other words we would be standing still, and if your standing still in this league your moving backwards.

The stats under Sam - we are 19th in the Prem - for shots on goal - shots on target, and dribbling with the ball-
That is why the majority of fans are not happy with Sam equals the dire football served up in his period of being in charge where funds have been available and spent!
Also add to that two good fullbacks have returned too!

The assertion that Sam 'had us over a barrel' with an 18 month contract is a nonsense. No manager with the requisite experience would have come on a 6 month contract so its a moot point. We had allegedly approached MON with a similar arrangement and got laughed away.

Apart from David Moyes and his 6 month contract - http://www.skysports.com/football/n...-david-moyes-as-new-manager-on-six-month-deal

Of course he had us over a barrel. It is common knowledge that Everton were offering him 6 months. He had us by the goolies as we were manager-less, desperate, doing awful and so he managed to get another 12 months on top of it.

I don’t think the likes of Walcott signed to play a 2nd RB and Tosun to not be given the chance to score in previous weeks. I’m pretty sure the team arnt happy with the play style but there professionals and have a lot of quality which is why despite the fact we are 19th of shots on goal and stuff we are 8th. When they get the 1 chance they take it something we haven’t had in the past.

That’s cool mate, you can believe what you like really! I think it’s a bit out there and speculative but each to their own!

End of the season!
Or as soon as the Mosh lines up his next manager after the season ends if a new DOF comes in expect that to happen no way will Moshri trust Sam with the funds my source reckons it was decided a while back let's hope it's correct for the sake of the club!
