The tent flap slams shut at sight of the first full moon after the 2 Mosque Cup starts. Just like every other season. When does the Saudi transfer window shut @JimmyJeffers ?
There are some quite big clubs there in Asian football to be fair. Some Asian Champions League winners in there I thinkTo be fair the Saudis are doing what the premier league has done in europe for the last few years making difficult for top European clubs, with the exception of a couple, to compete for the best talents. The difference is that the gap between what others can offer and what they can offer is bigger that what the premier league has been able to offer. Another crucial difference is the history of the game which make it virtually impossible for them to really challenge the premier league for the best league of the world. They will either run out of money, unlikely or get tired of it, more likely.
Any Saudis on here who can tell us more about the league? Who’s got the best team? Who’s the most Everton team in Saudi?
