It's not a football argument - you're both mentioning "character". Nothing to do with football skill - that's a personal trait.

Enough of this BS - have 11 Colemans if you want, we can keep shipping goals through him, but he's got character. That's what matters. He'll make a great coach for the next 20 years as we pump out 0 prospects per year.

He's abysmal, he was useless for Ireland today - another glorious defeat. But he's a 'nice guy' with 'morals and standards' so he somehow gets away with it. Beggars belief. I couldn't care less what he does off the field, as long as he's a winner on it (he's not and never will be). The amount of times he gave away possession today against a weak Armenian team was shocking. We are in another relegation battle next season if this clown is still getting picked.

the only time Ireland have been good is when Roy Keane was playing. Everyone drops a level since then no matter who they are or who they play for. Keane was an absolute monster who made everyone better around him. Coleman is not on that level and never was...nevertheless, give him some credit ffs
