2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

Everyone wants better for this club, except this club, think we are gonna have to get used to this manager this season and maybe beyond.

Only way this club will take notice is if we drop in to the bottom 3 or attendances drop. Friedkins are clearly having him!!! Which makes me think they are going to make a pigs ear of it as they have at Roma... Dyche ain`t getting sacked this season and that will do untold damage.

Honestly. Better subs vs Bournemouth and we see that out.

Any manager that even tries to play football beat that saints team.

The way some go on, it’s like dyche is performing miracles here.

Had the easiest start in the league and all you are suggesting is he sees out a 2 nil lead and then beats the worst team in the league but even that is too much apparently.

After the terrible start came even more terribleness. We have only won 2 games mate and we got beaten by the worst team in the league the game before last. Draws are not going to cut it when you have too many defeats. We are precariously close to dropping into the relegation zone already and lets not forget that this fella has already took us on a 13 games without a win last season.

I don't share your optimism and i am eagerly awaiting the takeover to be complete so we have a group of ambitious professionals leading us instead of this amateur hour.

No, nobody would take it. This is what seems to be really hard for people to understand, despite people saying it literally all the time. I don’t think anybody wants dyche to be our manager for the long term. Pretty much everyone who defends him is just saying I think he can keep us up and that’s all we need to focus on for now, but for some reason the common response to that is ‘SO YOU THINK HES THE BEST MANAGER EVER AND HE SHOULD WIN THE VICTORIA CROSS AND BE BEATIFIED BY THE POPE AND HAVE A STATUE OUTSIDE BMD DO YOU?’.

Same last season with Luton … no win in X games … everyone smashing them every week and then they come to goodison and get their first ever prem win

He was sat in the FA reception after Tuchel so didn’t get an interview. Such a shame, I would have loved to have seen a “good outfit” like San Marino having 70% possession at Wembley.

Hilarious how pedantic you are being to find a defence of him. “It’s 8 months” 😂

Loads of stats are thrown out about how well teams have done in calendar years (12months), I’ve already seen them being done for 2024 so far. Funnily, none of them caveat it with “no football was played for 3 months so the calendar year is only 9 months”.

And funnily, we actually only have one game left in this, the 11th month of the year. So we are going to end with either 7 or 8 wins in the last 11 months, or this calendar year so far. Which is appalling,
