2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

People predicting relegation when we are playing to midtable form.

Thats debatable tbh to class it as "form"
We've nicked a few points here and there that we never deserved. Thats not saying you dont take the rub of the green when you can but watching the games theres def no form there. Brentford and wolves at home are massive for dyche and this club.
Cant quite put my finger on it but ive a different vibe even from last season to this. I can see this team getting tonked a few times.
Hope im wrong.

He will get offered plenty of jobs, In reality he moved a team lurking around relegation up the league. I can’t stand him for many reasons but if he was a foreign manager our fans would have a much different attitude towards him. The sooner he is gone the better but I am not expecting a massive improvement n the short term when he’s gone.
We need someone who is a top motivator and has good tactical knowledge and you will see the difference. Add a few new faces into that and we might start getting back to where we want to be.

We have played 11 games. That is where you count the form to and that is why we are 16th in the table.

16th isn't anything to cheer about. Think since the terrible start we are actually achieving higher than that. don't feel we are getting relegated. And don't think changing the manager is best thing to do in the circumstances

but if we’ve struggled now

and these bad bad fixtures to come

if we end up in the bottom 3?

and you do mean changing until the end of the season?

We should be higher, I agree.

The thing is though, we had a nightmare start. If we were going to sack him, and be our most critical about him, then that was the time to do it. Since that opening 4, we've lost 1. That tells me that the players were still on side at that point. No way we pull out of that run of form if the players had completely had it with him by that point.

He was under massive pressure going in to that Palace game, and arguably half out the door by half time, but since then he's bought himself some time. It's still ticking though, and it's a big one for him, and us, next. Let's all hope for a win ay!
The problem I have is that his style of you can call it a style will never ever bring consistency, for the players or the team.

It’s all percentage football, I’m not having these players can’t pass and move or are unable to to create passages of play from the training ground to open teams up.

We are only ever 45 mins away from a shambles of a performance, we are scared to go at teams like Southampton!

He has a large chunk of our fanbase believing that staying in this league is the goal.

The standard of football is atrocious to watch and the worst I’ve seen. We should take this break now to finally get rid of him which should of been done over season ago (after the Bournemouth game)

It is?

You think 90% of managers would COMFORTABLY have us on 18 points, 1 point off 3rd? Us? Everton? This squad? Really?
16 points is 10th that’s the 3 points squandered at home against Bournemouth, a point at villa after taking a 2 goal lead.

Picked a win against Southampton Leicester or Fulham at home

Yes I believe we would be higher with another manager

‘I believe we would be higher’ is one hell of a row back from ‘90% of managers would have us comfortably 9th’ like but yeah let’s pretend like it’s the same thing.
