Sad 90% of the fan base wishing away the last ever season at goodison. The one positive is when. We walk into BMD for the first ever league game , he won’t be our manager

The only argument for Lampard not being up and coming is that he was on the down from being at Chelsea. Otherwise he was definitely viewed as up and coming. Be like if Kompany got sacked from Bayern tomorrow he'd still be viewed as up and coming

Well when you add in his vast experience of domestic Swedish football management as proof of not being a lower league plodder …..

Go back 2 seasons mate, yes in the end Lampard was a poor manager and should have gone pre World Cup( I wish he had as we may have got someone other than dyche) but Dyche being slightly better doesn’t make him a good manager.

Anyway back to 2 seasons ago. We also had 10 points after 11 games, but had played Liverpool , Utd and Chelsea at home , Villa, spurs and Newcastle away, Newcastle was game 11, DCL first game of that season, Rondon was the only fit striker first 5 then we got Maupay. Mina and Godfrey where injured first game, so the likes of Keane and holgate were getting plenty of games. Doucoure got injured 2nd game, Tom Davies was starting games and coming off the bench. Garner and Onana were 2 x 20yr old kids with no prem experience . Our wide options. McNeil, Gordon and gray. So I disagree mate, Lampard didn’t a better team 2 seasons ago

That'd be a better group of wingers than our current ones!
Also missing the likes of Iwobi who would be our best midfielder now.

You’re on another planet, I said yesterday you’re a spinner, you spin every post it’s bizarre. The point was the likes of Lampard, Gerrard and Rooney will
Get jobs and higher end jobs because they’re well known world class players.

Not a lower league no mark like dyche or an unknown like potter. Dyche was managing Watford under 18’s then the 21’s and was then first team assistant, before getting the job

i dont think he did. probably an argument either side but for me Dyche has the better option s in his first 15 players
