I dont remember where i read it but he mentioned he wanted them to play on the "front foot" and a couple more things in the first half.

Basically it seems like the long balls and running around aimlessly with crosses fron 40 yards out is what he wanted 1st half.

It was pretty obvious at the game that he wasn't happy with the tempo. He was continually gesturing for them to do things faster. I'm not saying that was a good plan or would have worked, but I don't really understand how people don't grasp what he was saying.

Hi guys. When Cooper was sacked by Forest, if they brought in Dyche instead of Nuno do you think they’d now be 2nd?
I don’t, I would imagine they’d be hovering pretty much where they were under Cooper but I’d love to know what others think.

It’s frustrating when you think that as bad a start as we had it was nothing compared to the horrendous starts that both Wolves (they had a difficult opening set of fixtures) and Palace had yet Palace are now ahead of us and Wolves just behind.

In the last five fixtures we've lost less than Wolves and the same amount as Palace but because they’ve win more they’ve both amassed more points. It’s great banging in about not losing, but you get 3x the points winning, that’s where real progress is made.

You wont hear from the Friedkins or any communications from the group or even the chairman and this manager will be allowed to carry on regardless, they have no plans to sack him, he is here till whenever HE decides.

Would not be surprised if Dyche got a 1 year extension, that is how confident I think we`ve been sold down the river by these BS yanks.

Why would they keep him? The CEO is temp, he probably back in America celebrating Christmas with his family

I think what @SuperKev91 is trying to point out is...

Forget Nuno going in mid season and changing Forests fortunes

Forget Emery going in mid season and changing Villas fortunes

Forget Parreira taking over Wolves and instantly getting them winning

Forget any manager taking over any club anywhere in the world

None of this applies to Everton.... Just Everton that is different to any other club in the world and no manager can get more from these players than Dyche, which if that is the case Dyche must be, by your own admission, the best manager in the world.....

We will never find a manager who can get a higher then 1 win in 4 manager, we will never get a manager who can get his team to score more then 3(excluding the OGs) goals in 9 games. Zero chance of getting a manager who can win more then 8 games in 59 weeks

Newcastle signed 5 players that first window for a total of about 100m. Sacking Bruce obviously helped but the money helped as much.

This i think is the imponderable mate, I've always been fairly confident he wouldn't get the bullet under the Moshiri regime, no one knows or can say with certainty what TFG think, will or could do. I dont and i dont think anyone else really knows either.

This is far more feeling our way in the dark then before the takeover.

Im very curious to see what they do from here.
