2022/23 Sean Dyche

He has to get the defence all in sync and that means Branthwaite to become the next emerging star. The defence needs to be running like a well oiled machine.

Also needs to drill the midfield and decide on McNeil in front of Garner/Onana. A midfield to start the counter with power and pace.

Obviously up top we have one :)
I agree with you Zat but I bet that Branthwaite isn't in SD's best XI

Just thinking out loud here.

Given that the club appears utterly leaderless, with God knows what going on behind the scenes, could Dyche be tempted away?

He kept us up and his reputation is enhanced in my eyes as a result.

With lots of work to be done would he walk if he thought he was wasting his time?

I think Dyche will see it as an opportunity to prove he isn't just a one trick pony. Yes the limitations in finance are similar to what they were at Burnley but as he has claimed in a few interviews/analysis videos, he's more than just 442 direct and he will want to prove that

Good question, but I very much doubt it. He hung on for a Premier League job and will feel he has a job to do with us. There aren't too many other jobs available in the Premier League.

Still don’t understand why some turn their noses up with Dyche. He had one task which he achieved (not sure another manager could of done that)
We are relegation fodder, he’ll need to do the same again this year and onwards until the boardroom and finances are fixed.

Take a reality pill, we were lucky to get him before those who were relegated tried.

Is there any premier job open at present for him to go to
